Yoga has been a place for her to find healing, listen to her inner voice and let go of anything that holds her back. Tracie teaches Ashtanga, vinyasa, power, restorative, therapeutic, pre/postnatal and yin yoga classes. She enjoys teaching all levels and enjoys helping beginners see what yoga can bring to their life. Tracie currently teaches adults and children yoga and draws inspiration from her students. She is particularly interested in trauma sensitive yoga and teaching those who have experienced trauma in their lives. Her private clients range in age up to 75 years old. She has experience working with endurance athletes and enjoys seeing how integrating yoga into a workout regimen can produce significant and obvious results. She also has experience working with clients who have mental illness, substance abuse, addictions, scoliosis, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, developmental disabilities, autism and arthritis.
