Tracie teaches Ashtanga, vinyasa, power, restorative, therapeutic, pre/postnatal and yin yoga classes. She enjoys teaching all levels and enjoys helping beginners see what yoga can bring to their life. Tracie currently teaches adults and children yoga and draws inspiration from her students.
