For Hallie, yoga began as a place to focus on herself and find healing. She believes the benefits of yoga are all encompassing; not only strengthening the body through the physical practice itself, but also connecting mind and body to create a stronger sense of self. Through yoga, she realized the significance of taking time for oneself in order to be able to give fully to others. Hallie decided to enroll in the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through One Love to deepen her practice and received her certificate in December 2016.
