Pilates Reformer

One Love Yoga offers private and semi private Pilates reformer sessions. Attending a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 session insures that you receive personalized attention from the instructor. The main focus of Pilates is spinal health. Using the resistance of the machines to strengthen the core and stretch the body to maintain flexibility.
