Diana has been teaching various fitness classes since 2003. She is currently certified in Pilates Reformer and mat, and aerial yoga. She received some yoga training over the years but is expanding her knowledge as she is currently enrolled in the 200 hour yoga teacher training at One Love.

This is an ongoing mind/body strength class, with a focus on breath, alignments, and body awareness. This class uses elements from yoga, pilates, and barre for a thoughtful muscle building workout.
Moderate yoga gives a different kind of challenge - less poses more variations. Seeking to activate and strengthen alignment and space in the joints of the body. Great class for shoulders, hips, back and knee projects.
Aerial Pilates and inversions Workshop

In this unique aerial yoga workshop learn pilates style poses in the style of an aerial yoga practice. The class will warm up with an aerial yoga sequence followed by a pilates and fitness inspired flow. Increase strength and relaxation in this one of a kind workshop.
