Join Sarah Waite for a guided hike and yoga flow to nourish the self and earth connection. As you are guided through the hike, there will be several stops along the way. During these pauses you will be led through standing yoga flows and breathwork.
The hike and yoga are designed for all levels to participate. Dress appropriately for a dirt trail (hiking boots or tennis shoes, etc). You do not need to bring a mat for this, but water is recommended
