Yin is a slow gentle practice that stretches deeply into the fascia, connective and soft tissues of the body. We often neglect these areas causing them to stiffen. The practice of Yin invites us to focus inward and be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Poses are held for an extended period of time allowing us to fully connect body, mind and breath.
Following the deep stretch, shift into a restorative practice allowing the body to enter a state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation while being fully supported by props.
Hang drum will be played to further relax the body.
