Trauma Informed Yoga Workshop


This class is taught by:
Contemporary life is fast paced, hectic, and overstimulating. Often leaving far too little time to develop necessary techniques to care for ourselves in a whole-istic manner. This workshop has been designed to aid you in discovering ways to destress and unravel the burdens of modern life.

Together we will explore a variety of modalities including physical yoga practice (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, grounding exercises, and journaling.

A hand out and a sample sensory toolkit will be given to each participant to continue the practices at home.
 
A yoga mat, water, journal, and writing utensil will be useful for this workshop.
 
Cost:$25+$5 for sensory toolkit
