Embodied Awareness and Somatic Yoga


This class is taught by:
Participants will receive an overview of Somatics, a field of study that explores the relationship between the body, mind, and consciousness. With a focus on internal sensations, Somatics can enhance body awareness, improve posture, reduce pain and stress, and promote overall well-being. We will explore the principles of Somatics through guided exercises, including a somatic yoga session and some reflective journaling. Introductory workshop, open to all levelsCost $25
