  • Basics Yoga
  • For the beginner or the student who has been away from their practice for awhile, this basic yoga class focuses on awareness of breath and the connection with movement. It also awakens the relationship between mind and body as you learn the alignment principals and postural patterns of beginner yoga. Strength and muscle endurance isn't necessary but will be gained with regular attendance.

  • Remote Basic Yoga
  • For the beginner or the student who has been away from their practice for awhile, this basic yoga class focuses on awareness of breath and the connection with movement. It also awakens the relationship between mind and body as you learn the alignment principals and postural patterns of beginner yoga. Strength and muscle endurance isn't necessary but will be gained with regular attendance.

  • Morning Yoga Flow
  • This good morning class is designed to help physically and mentally wake the body up and set positive intentions for the rest of the day. A slow flow class for all levels, beginners are welcome. We will focus on yoga poses to help build strength, find balance, and improve coordination, while moderately challenging the whole body. We will also focus on stretches to help improve flexibility and mobility, helping to let go of any morning tension and stiffness. Class will end in a traditional Savasana with a meditation to help calm the mind and body, preparing oneself to carry on the rest of the day feeling lighter and more at ease.

  • Biodynamic Breathwork
  • Release • Restore • Reconnect

    Biodynamic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful somatic practice that helps you reconnect with your body and release what no longer serves you. Through conscious breathing, simple movement, and sound, this practice supports the natural flow of energy in your body.
    Stress, tension, and emotions often build up in our system. Guided breathwork allows these patterns to gently unwind, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more present. This workshop incorporates music and mindful guidance, creating a safe space for relaxation, self-discovery, and healing.

    This 90-minute workshop will assist you in:

    Awakening your body’s natural vitality

    Releasing stress and emotional tension

    Experiencing deep relaxation and inner balance

    Feeling supported in a safe, guided space

    No prior experience is needed — just wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water, and an open heart.

  • Somatic Yoga
  • Participants will receive an overview of Somatics, a field of study that explores the relationship between the body, mind, and consciousness. Somatics focuses on the internal sensations, perceptions, and experiences of the body with a goal to enhance body awareness, improve posture and movement, reduce stress and pain, and to promote overall well-being.
    Participants will explore the principles of Somatics through guided exercises, including a somatic yoga session, designed to help them connect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate resilience.
    Introductory workshop, open to all levels
