A moment of mindfulness can change the whole day. Learn how in this 90-minute Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction workshop.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based approach developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn that has been shown to reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and enhance resilience. In this 90-minute experiential workshop, you’ll be introduced to foundational MBSR practices, including guided meditation, a body scan, gentle mindful movement, and mindful eating. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness helps interrupt cycles of stress and reactivity, and instead fosters presence, clarity, and compassion. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to refresh your practice, this workshop offers practical tools you can carry into your daily life to support balance and well-being.
Take this time for yourself to slow down, reset, and reconnect. The skills you learn here can support you far beyond the workshop — in work, relationships, and everyday life.

A small snack will be provided for the mindful eating exercise. This workshop is accessible to everyone, just wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind and heart.
