Kid's Yoga


This class is taught by:
This class takes a fun, creative approach to yoga that encourages kids to explore and discover the mind and body. Traditional yoga poses, partner poses, breath work and relaxation techniques are all tools that provide children, with  the opportunity to grow physically, mentally and emotionally.  Ages 4-14 years are welcomed.
