For the beginner or the student who has been away from their practice for awhile, this basic yoga class focuses on awareness of breath and the connection with movement. It also awakens the relationship between mind and body as you learn the alignment principals and postural patterns of beginner yoga. Strength and muscle endurance isn't necessary but will be gained with regular attendance.
Kid's Yoga Winter Wonderland
Join Michelle for this fun class geared towards kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Discussion of different holiday and traditions, holiday themed music, yoga inspired games, make and take crafts and treat bag included in price. $10 per student

Intro to aerial yoga is the best way to try out this new style of yoga practice! In this class, you will learn how to safely use the aerial hammock to support and improve your yoga practice. You’ll increase upper body strength and stretch deeper with the support of the fabric. Increase body and spacial awareness as you move through 360 degrees of space.
