Morning Yoga Flow
This good morning class is designed to help physically and mentally wake the body up and set positive intentions for the rest of the day. A slow flow class for all levels, beginners are welcome. We will focus on yoga poses to help build strength, find balance, and improve coordination, while moderately challenging the whole body. We will also focus on stretches to help improve flexibility and mobility, helping to let go of any morning tension and stiffness. Class will end in a traditional Savasana with a meditation to help calm the mind and body, preparing oneself to carry on the rest of the day feeling lighter and more at ease.
