  • Gentle Yoga
  • Gentle yoga meets you where you are, whether you are in recovery from an injury or illness, or you simply prefer a slow pace or more warm-ups. While there are not necessarily beginner class, this may be a good place to start if you are unsure of your level.

  • Chair yoga is a great alternative for people who may not be able to transfer from the floor easily due to weight, joint problems, mobility, or simply personal preference. Students are a mix of ages and abilities. Chair classes involve seated poses using the chair for support as needed with the option to sit on the floor.

  • Adult Ballet 4 week series
  • Curious about ballet? This introductory workshop will cover basic, classical ballet positions and technique. Classes will include barre exercises as well as center combinations, with a focus on musicality and alignment.

    Whether you’re brand new to ballet or have danced before, this series is a fun opportunity to improve coordination, strength, balance and flexibility.

    *comfortable, form-fitting clothes and soft ballet slippers or socks suggested

    About Lora Gray: In addition to being a yoga instructor, Lora holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Kent State University and has been performing, choreographing and teaching dance locally for over twenty years.
