Develop a deeper relationship with your life force energy while sharing gratitude in a supportive community. Ending with a chakra balancing yoga practice.
Biodynamic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful somatic practice that helps you reconnect with your body and release what no longer serves you. Through conscious breathing, simple movement, and sound, this practice supports the natural flow of energy in your body. Stress, tension, and emotions often build up in our system. Guided breathwork allows these patterns to gently unwind, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more present. This workshop incorporates music and mindful guidance, creating a safe space for relaxation, self-discovery, and healing.
This 90-minute workshop will assist you in:
Awakening your body’s natural vitality
Releasing stress and emotional tension
Experiencing deep relaxation and inner balance
Feeling supported in a safe, guided space
No prior experience is needed — just wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, water, and an open heart.
